I don’t know what some of these negative reviews are talking about because I absolutely love Bonnie’s book. It takes you from easy no knead recipes to just about any bread you want to learn to make. I started baking earlier this year so I know how to use grams but it’s simply just a matter of buying a cheap kitchen scale and your recipes, bread or otherwise, will always come out better. Now Bonnie is baking from California so it’s possible that you will need more water or more flour, if you live in a different climate but that’s the matter with anything you bake so that’s a silly reason to rate this book negatively. I will continue to use her book and to maybe take some of her online classes.
